A response from the minister regarding the speed limit review. From the following, it sounds like there may be something on cycling in the review findings. I can follow up on this if need be. 

Thanks everyone and Kevin in particular for the great work on this. 

It is important to keep in mind that the focus of this review is on rural highways, and to that end, the ministry is looking at ways to improve cycling conditions along these roadways through such measures as the installation of bike paths, where possible, and the ongoing monitoring of maintenance activities. The findings of the review will be available this Spring.
